Grading: Three one-hour exams, worth 100 points each. Make-up exams will only be given at the discretion of the instructor, and with a valid excuse for the absence. You must contact the instructor by phone or email no later than the day of the exam if you need to arrange a make-up exam. One Final Exam, worth 200 points. The Final will be cumulative. Quizzes and take-home assignments will be worth a total of 150 points. No late take-home work will be accepted, and no make-up quizzes will be given, but the lowest scores for both of these will be dropped. Your grade for the course will be calculated from the percentage of your total points: 90% for A, 80% for B, 70% for C, 60% for D.

The last day to withdraw from the course with a W is Tuesday, February 27.
