 The big response to the five 5's puzzle seems to indicate that another puzzle in a similar vein is in order. For a new puzzle suppose that you have four 4's and the operations of addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, squaring, and grouping (parentheses). Make all of the integers from 1 to 20 using only these operations and all four of the 4's? (Note that I have included squaring as an allowed operation throughout the entire range).
