     The new puzzle for this issue is less involved.  Suppose that you have 10 pieces of chain
 that are each 9 links long.  You wish to use these to make a circular 90 link chain.  It costs 
$1 to open a single chain link and $2 to close a link.  The puzzle is to determine the cheapest 
way to make the circular chain.  Hint: The cheapest method does not cost $30.
