1.     Approval of Minutes
            Minutes of the General Faculty Meeting of April 24 were approved;
            Minutes of the Student Status Meeting of July 17 were approved.
 

2.     Approval of Graduates
            The list of students applying for graduation Summer 2003 was approved.
 

3.     Comments by the President
            Dr. Rossbacher was not present at this meeting.
 

4.     Announcements
            No formal announcements were made, but a number of issues were informally brought up and discussed - most notably, issues related to Final Exams (conflicts with Exam times, Study Break days, and so on).  It was pointed out that students may be discovering the conflicts and bringing them to the attention of their professors at the proverbial last minute.  It was suggested that these issues be brought before the Senate.
