1. Version #4 of draft P&P 203.05 governing the conduct of this Committee was reviewed. Final minor modifications were made to prepare it for presentation to the Faculty Senate on 20 January 2004.

2. Freshman admissions information requested from the Office of Admissions after the December 4, 2003 meeting was reviewed.

3. Modifications to the Registrar's reporting system for student petitions to the faculty were discussed and incorporated into the P&P and will be implemented immediately.
