1. A motion was made, seconded and carried to elect Briana Morrison Chair for the 2003-2004 academic year.

2. The Chair noted that each statutory committee has been charged with preparing a draft P&P governing its operations. Linda Whitenton will contact the Faculty Secretary for any existing P&P governing the Student Status Committee and any templates, drafts or guidance concerning P&P preparation.

3. It was noted that no meeting dates for the Student Status Committee were provided to the Registrar’s Office for inclusion on the academic calendar. Linda Whitenton will determine dates appropriate for the balance of the 2003-2004 academic year and forward them to the Registrar’s Office for calendar inclusion.
