If you have not attended classes during the current or previous term, you have to be readmitted in order to attend
classes in the coming term.

If you are a COOP student (and properly registered with the COOP office) your COOP term applies as an attended term.

If you are a transient student, you cannot use this form.  You must fill out an application for admission.

If you are an audit student, you cannot use this form.  You must fill out an application for admission.

Print the form, fill it out, bring it to the Office of the Registrar (or fax it to 678 915-7292).  It usually takes a hour or two
to process your application.
